A long lean pencil skirt is cinched by a 4" band at the waist. This sits just under the bust and the draping and gathers on the top and bottom of this band are killer. The bust line is a study in deliberate sculptural draping with a built in under bust that lifts and shapes and then fabric draping over it from the shoulders. The back is as simple as can be and it is a inky black crepe. Wonderful piece and in mint condition!
